Our investigators are all fully vetted and have achieved the recommended qualification
in Professional and Priva
te Investigation.
We are members of the World Association of Professional Investigators and abide by their
code of ethics.
We operate strictly within the boundaries of the law and we are fully conversant with, and abide
by the Data Protection Act. We are registered with the Commisioners Office for this purpose.
To ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act:-
- Information will be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully
- Information will only be gathered and stored for as long as is necessary
- Information will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent unless enforced by a Court Order
- Information will be stored securely
- We will only collect personal information for the purpose of carrying out enquiries and investigations on your behalf.
We have a Consumer Credit License issued by the Office of Fair Trading.
We will adapt our methods of investigation to meet your requirements and assure a prompt, professional and discrete service at all times.
Surveillance tasks cannot be undertaken without written instructions from you, in the form of either a letter or e-mail. Fees will be agreed with you in advance.
All enquiries are welcome and you are under no obligation to continue. We will never contact you unless specifically requested to do so.
