Mystery Shopping
This involves visiting retail premises, testing staff quality, enthusiasm and product knowledge. Included in such a visit will be checks on shelf stock levels, display of promotional materials and general condition of premises . Typically clients ask for additional specific areas to be examined or tested . Following such a visit, a detailed report will be generated.
